1. What We Sell
Shane Jamison Consulting (“SJC,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides:

Live Services – 1-on-1 or group coaching sessions, workshops, masterminds, and audits delivered via Zoom or in-person.

Digital Products – PDFs, templates, on-demand courses, playbooks.

Occasional Physical Merchandise – limited-run notebooks, swag packs, or workbooks.
2. Order Processing & Delivery

We ship Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Delivery delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we’ll advocate on your behalf.
3. Cancellations

Live Services: You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the session start time for a full credit or refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

Subscriptions (if any): Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don’t prorate partial months.

Physical Goods: Orders can be cancelled until the item is marked “Shipped.” After that, see the Return policy.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. We’ll email you once a refund is issued.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We prefer to solve issues directly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may delay your refund because we must submit evidence (including this policy) to Stripe.(docs.stripe.com)
